Release of the newest album on January 11 2013

Für Frauen ist das kein Problem - For women this poses no problem! Which man has not had to admit this at some point? Max Raabe and Annette Humpe have dedicated an entire CD to this universal insight.

Their last cooperation “Küssen kann man nicht alleine” (One Cannot Kiss Alone) was awarded Platinum, for “Für Frauen ist das kein Problem” it will be no problem to continue this success! The album with 13 new songs will be released on 11th January 2013, the tour with the same title will begin mid February. Next to classics and newly discovered songs from the Weimar Era, compositions from the album will conjure up shiny eyes and happy smiles – not only amongst women.

Various versions of new single "Für Frauen ist das kein Problem" released

The new single written by Max Raabe and Annette Humpe, „Für Frauen ist das kein Problem“ (For women that´s no problem) has just been released on iTunes, amazon and other digital platforms. In addition to the original version sung by Max Raabe, there are also two dance-floor versions by electro-scene star Parov Stelar and up-and-coming talent „La Rochelle“.

Premiere of the documentation "Max Raabe in Israel"

On June 6 the 18th Jewish Film Festival was opened with the documentation "Max Raabe in Israel" in the Hans-Otto-Theater in Potsdam. The film, which portraits the tour of Max Raabe & Palast Orchester through Israel in October 2010, will be shown on German TV on July 18 2012.

"One Cannot Kiss Alone" will be released in the USA

The 21st of February 2012 is a vital date in the calender of Max Raabe & Palast Orchester. On this day our successful production „Küssen kann man nicht alleine“ (One Cannot Kiss Alone) will be released in the USA. Next to the familiar German versions, 5 songs have been translated specially for this album.

Furthermore, this February 21 is the date of our departure to America. In the course of the following 3 weeks we will be giving 15 concerts in places and climates such as L.A., Austin (TX), Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Toronto and Cleveland. Last time we were there Lake Erie was frozen!

Many mails and entries on our facebook site and into our guestbook show that we have a large following in Russia. For these loyal fans we will be giving a concert in Moscow on June 7.

Twinwood in Bedfordshire, England, is famous for its Glenn Miller Museum and annual festival. On August 25 and 26, Max Raabe & Palast Orchester will be part of this festival and perform the successful show they played at their British debut in London in December 2011.
