As a principal we only use your personal data within our company. However, in order to process some of our online services we cooperate with partner companies. Usage of Twitter Social Plugins

Usage of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis tool supplied by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so called cookies – files that are stored on your computer – that allow an analysis of your usage of the Max Raabe & Palast Orchester websites. The gathered information is generally transferred to a Google server in USA and stored there.
The Google tracking codes use the function _anonymizeIp() through which IP addresses are clipped and thus not traceable to specific users. This goes for the member states of the EU and countries that have agreements with the EU economic zone. Only in exceptions is the full IP address transmitted to Google and clipped there.

If you send us information via the contact form on our website we store your personal information and contact details for later reference and processing. This data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.
If you have registered for our newsletter we will use your email address and any further information you might have transmitted (postal code and/or country) for sending our newsletter which contains information on Max Raabe & Palast Orchester, in particular with regard to new tours, concerts, products and offers. For the registration we require at least your email address. If you disclose your postal code and / or country of residence we can send you region-specific news.
The generation and administration of the newsletters is conducted with software supplied by CleverReach (CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany). The data of the newsletter recipients are stored on a CleverReach server in a partition to which we have password-protected access. We would like to point out that this software allows us to monitor the range of our newsletter and to make sure it reaches the recipient. The thus recognizable individual patterns of behavior are only used for statistical analysis of the newsletter´s success and are not passed on to third parties or used for other purposes.
