New Location For Essen Concert
We are happy to announce that Essen Philharmonic has been found as new venue to replace Colosseum Essen. Our concert dates have been postponed from 19.11.2020 to 14.09.2021 and 20.11.2020 to15.09.2021. Tickets reamin valid only for these assigned dates.
We are particularly relieved to be playing for you in September 2021 as the closing of the Colloseum put our partners and us before unforeseen problems.

Concert In Colosseum Essen To Be Postponed
Sadly our concerts in the Colosseum Essen on 19. and 20.11.20 cannot take place.
Due to circumstances beyond our influence, this location can no longer be used as a concert hall.
Together with our concert promoter we are working on finding an alternative, however a new date and location have not yet been found.

"MR&PO MTV Unplugged" at Filmfestival Vienna
At this year´s "Filmfestival auf dem Rathausplatz" in Vienna, "Max Raabe & Palast Orchester MTV Unplugged" will be shown on Sept 1 at 8:30pm. This video was filmed in May 2019 in the mirror hall of Berlin´s Clärchens Ballhaus in front of ca 40 guests. What a charming contrast to the atmosphere in Vienna: open air, surrounded by historic buildings, our concert with guests Herbert Grönemeyer, Samy Deluxe, Mr Lordi, Namika, LEA, Lars Eidinger and Pawel Popolski can be watched by thousands!

Since decades Max Raabe has been performing either with his pianist Christoph Israel or with the Palast Orchester. On June 3 Rolling Stone Magazin streamed a concert with him in both constellations. However this concert can only be viewed in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

We are all experiencing that staying at home and adhering to physical distancing measures is not so easy! Max Raabe And Christoph Israel at Hope@Home
Since Wednesday March 25 and until April 7, every day at 6pm, vionist Daniel Hope and pianist/composer Christoph Israel host house concerts in Mr Hope´s living room which are streamed live by ARTE Concert. On the second day of this series Max Raabe was guest. This concert is now online in the ARTE Concert archive and on YouTube.
Btw: All safety measures will be observed in accordance with the current laws and recommendations of the Federal Republic of Germany. No more than two artists will perform together at any one time, and they will always take care to keep at least two meters (about 6 feet) between them. Using unmanned cameras, members of the film crew will be safely dispersed on different floors.

England Tour With Standing Ovations
Our tour through England with four concerts in Eastbourne, London, Birmingham and Manchester has successfully been completed. In particular the London concert at Cadogan Hall was a huge success. Sold out to the last seat, we received standing ovations an rave notices, like this one in "The Spy In The Stalls".
